What you will do

• Build and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and onsite channels.
• Create and maintain automated lifecycle journeys for onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
• Execute daily, weekly, and seasonal promotional calendars.
• Manage audience segments and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to align output with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
• Track engagement metrics and contribute to test-and-learn initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
• High attention to detail and strong QA discipline.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in casino, gaming, or digital entertainment.
