What you will do
- Build and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and onsite channels.
- Create and maintain automated lifecycle journeys for onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
- Execute daily, weekly, and seasonal promotional calendars.
- Manage audience segments and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to align output with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
- Track engagement metrics and contribute to test-and-learn initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
- High attention to detail and strong QA discipline.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in casino, gaming, or digital entertainment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing.
- Experience with multi-channel CRM execution.
