Location: Must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands (working from the office 4 days a week)

Salary: € 44,000 OTE per year

What you will do

• Reach out to partners in EMEA and US regions via telephone, virtual meetings, and email.
• Pitch the hirify.global platform to newly invited partners to drive adoption.
• Schedule introduction calls and manage the initial partner interaction.
• Guide partners through the onboarding process until they are fully up and running.
• Increase the number of partners deriving active value from the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and proficiency in one additional language: Dutch, German, or French.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win and grow a career in sales.
• Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
