What you will do
- Qualify sales leads within Poland and other international regions across EMEA.
- Execute outbound mailing and calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct detailed account and market research to identify decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure seamless opportunity handovers.
- Conduct qualifying meetings to determine if prospects fit the platform's ideal customer profile.
- Represent the company at industry events to expand network and visibility.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) or a relevant BSc/MSc degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English are obligatory.
- Ability to navigate sophisticated business conversations with critical thinking and active listening.
- Ambitious growth mindset and a constant strive for excellence.
- Ability to work full-time in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
