What you will do

  • Qualify sales leads within Poland and other international regions across EMEA.
  • Execute outbound mailing and calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed account and market research to identify decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure seamless opportunity handovers.
  • Conduct qualifying meetings to determine if prospects fit the platform's ideal customer profile.
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand network and visibility.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) or a relevant BSc/MSc degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English are obligatory.
  • Ability to navigate sophisticated business conversations with critical thinking and active listening.
  • Ambitious growth mindset and a constant strive for excellence.
  • Ability to work full-time in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
