What you will do
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns, and product signups across the Benelux region.
- Identify and prospect into enterprise target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research and map key enterprise accounts to identify decision-makers and their specific needs.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with detailed context.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and continuously optimize outreach sequences for technical buyers.
- Share customer insights with Marketing and Product teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch are required.
- Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking meetings with technical buyers.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in observability, DevOps, or the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
- Passion for the developer ecosystem and open-source community.
- Experience working within a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
