Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Building the sales pipeline for large enterprise accounts in the Benelux region with an accent on outbound prospecting and technical buyer engagement. Focus on qualifying high-value opportunities, mapping decision-makers in enterprise accounts, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns, and product signups across the Benelux region.
  • Identify and prospect into enterprise target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and map key enterprise accounts to identify decision-makers and their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with detailed context.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and continuously optimize outreach sequences for technical buyers.
  • Share customer insights with Marketing and Product teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch are required.
  • Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking meetings with technical buyers.
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in observability, DevOps, or the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
  • Passion for the developer ecosystem and open-source community.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
