TL;DR
Business Process Execution (MARS Project): Planning, developing, executing and deploying Car Service ERP project that achieves objectives in quality, deadlines and costs with an accent on deployment, change management and performance monitoring. Focus on coordinating deployments, delivering training, supporting franchisees, tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvements.
On-Site Ho Chi Minh City. Willingness to travel and work on-site, including flexibility to work outside standard hours or on weekends when required.

What you will do
- Plan and execute deployments of MARS ERP project from pilot to full rollout, including schedules, go-live packs and user guides.
- Coordinate projects daily using tools for status tracking, risks and milestones; escalate blockers.
- Design and deliver change management, training, communication plans and on-site coaching.
- Support system testing, UAT, data validation and fixes with IT teams.
- Provide franchisee support during stabilization, integrate MARS into business workflows and monitor performance KPIs.
- Manage stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance; document playbooks and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade or related field.
- 3–5 years in project implementation, change management, retail/franchise operations or CRM/ERP deployment (automotive/aftermarket preferred).
- Project management tools proficiency (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Experience delivering training and driving user adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills and business English proficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-focused; willingness to travel and work on-site with flexible hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Understanding of dealer operations and retail automotive SOPs.
- Certifications in project/change management (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci).
