What you will do

• Lead and develop the Cloud Operations team to foster ownership, collaboration, and excellence
• Ensure reliable operation and ownership of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Identity services
• Oversee 3rd level support for complex incidents and platform issues
• Act as escalation point and guide on cloud and identity topics
• Drive automation, monitoring, incident management, and process improvements
• Partner with architects and engineering teams on platform evolution

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise IT operations
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity platforms (Entra ID, Active Directory)
• Experience operating critical production platforms and managing complex incidents
• Technical credibility combined with people leadership
• Experience improving operational maturity via automation, monitoring, and processes
