Cloud Operations Manager (Azure)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a cloud operations team while providing technical direction and mentoring.
• Own the operations, stability, performance, security, and continuous development of Azure cloud platforms.
• Drive standardization, automation, scalability, and operational maturity across cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security models, and operational principles.
• Coordinate development, operations, and security teams through DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Own architecture and strategic decisions for the evolution of the cloud platform.

Requirements

• Extensive operational experience with Microsoft Azure in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven responsibility for platform operations, including monitoring, automation, and scaling.
• Experience with security in regulated environments, Zero Trust principles, and private network design.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, platform design, and modern cloud principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring employees.
