What you will do

• Lead and develop a cloud operations team with overall accountability for platform stability and continuous development.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability across cloud platforms for client and internal services.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security models, and operational principles.
• Ensure close collaboration between development, operations, and security teams using DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Own architecture and strategic decisions regarding the evolution of the cloud platform.
• Act as a long-term mentor for both new and experienced employees.

Requirements

• Extensive operational experience with Microsoft Azure in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of responsibility for platform operations, monitoring, and scaling.
• Security-focused mindset with experience in regulated environments, including Zero Trust and private network design.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, platform design, and modern cloud principles.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
