What you will do

• Originate, structure, execute, and manage financing solutions for US Power & Gas business, focusing on physicals.
• Model, forecast, report, and optimize working capital with hands-on interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Manage Borrowing Base Facility and bilateral credit lines, including refinancing and negotiations.
• Drive optimization of treasury processes and systems, partnering with front/middle office, legal, accounting, credit, and IT.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience supporting financing and capital structure of US Power and Gas trading business
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, executing, and managing syndicated and bilateral financing facilities.
• Strong experience in modeling, forecasting, and optimizing working capital.
• Tangible knowledge of physical transactions as trade finance specialist.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external relationships.
