What you will do

• Own and maintain the group 12-month rolling cashflow forecast, short-term liquidity forecasts, and deliver high-quality reporting to CFO and stakeholders
• Lead covenant calculations, compliance monitoring, lender reporting, and forward-looking headroom analysis
• Manage global banking relationships, cash management structures, hedging strategy for FX and interest rates, and treasury operations
• Partner with FP&A and senior leadership on scenario planning, stress testing, funding strategy, and capital allocation
• Maintain controls, improve forecasting processes, and implement treasury systems and tools

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in treasury or corporate finance with ownership of cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
• Proven experience with 12-month+ cashflow forecasts, debt facilities, covenant reporting, and lender management
• Experience managing FX/interest rate hedging programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Advanced cashflow modeling, understanding of working capital, liquidity drivers, debt structures, and financial risk management
• High ownership, commercial astuteness, strong communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• AMCT or equivalent treasury qualification
