Location: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week or 40% time in UK offices: Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham, Chester, Edinburgh, Hove, Manchester, Newport)
Salary: £40,824 - £45,360 pa

What you will do
- Convert complex rectification issues, decisions, and customer treatments into clear, accessible communications using Customer Communications Principles.
- Put customer first, challenge proposed treatments to ensure good outcomes, especially for vulnerable customers.
- Manage communications end-to-end from brief to delivery across letters and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Design & Delivery, data, risk, legal teams, and third-party agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Group Standards, FCA Consumer Duty, and governance processes.
- Handle multiple workstreams at pace, prioritizing for on-time, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- End-to-end communications experience, ideally in highly regulated environment
- Strong copywriting skills to simplify complex topics
- Excellent written/verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects/campaigns to deadlines
- Confident stakeholder management, influencing, and constructive challenging
- Customer-centred mindset with sensitivity to vulnerable needs
Nice to have
- Copywriting in financial services or regulated sector
- End-to-end campaign management
- Experience with digital channels, especially email campaigns
- Familiarity with FCA regulation and consumer-focused communications
