RFP Writer (Fixed Income): Production of high-quality RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for hirify.global’s Fixed Income asset class with an accent on core strategies including investment grade, high yield, emerging markets, government bonds, ABS and multi-sector unconstrained approaches. Focus on liaising with investment specialists and stakeholders, tailoring optimal responses, and contributing to team projects involving content databases and process improvements.

Location: London (full time, onsite). Flexible working arrangements considered.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for wholesale and institutional Fixed Income funds.
• Liaise with investment specialists, directors, compliance, performance, risk teams and others to tailor responses.
• Participate in content database (RocketDocs) projects and ad-hoc initiatives to build team profile.
• Collaborate to maintain processes, enhance controls, improve customer outcomes and reduce operational risk.

Requirements

• Experience in asset management RFP role.
• Previous Fixed Income experience and desire to develop expertise in the asset class.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong creative writing, grammar and clear concise authoring skills.
• Confident stakeholder liaison across seniority levels and relationship building.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
