Content Marketing Trainee (Investment 20/20 Programme): Supporting delivery of content marketing strategies across EMEA and North America with an accent on creating and optimising multi-format content like articles, videos, social posts, and emails. Focus on leveraging analytics and AI for idea generation, content creation, performance insights, and efficiency improvements.
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire (Hybrid: at least four full days per week in office. Must have right to work in the UK until at least October 2027)

What you will do
- Execute content marketing strategies and produce content in multiple formats including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Manage ad-hoc projects, update content calendars and trackers, report on activities, provide compliance support, conduct competitor analysis, and develop content best practices.
- Utilise content analytics to identify effective strategies and improve performance.
- Leverage AI for idea generation, content creation, and distribution to deliver high-impact programmes.
- Adhere to processes, templates, training, style guides, and best-practice documentation.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Curiosity, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- School leaver (no industry placement year students).
