TL;DR
Senior Content Manager (BritBox): Building and owning photography and imagery capability from the ground up with an accent on photo asset management, approvals and distribution across teams. Location: London Television Centre – Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting, depending on skills and experience

What you will do
- Own and manage all BritBox photography assets for originals and acquisitions as central point of accountability.
- Partner with photographers, publicists and talent reps to guide shoots, handle editing, retouching and secure approvals.
- Curate and deliver imagery aligned to brand guidelines for marketing, publicity and creative teams.
- Lead integration with Media Asset Management systems and build BritBox Digital Asset Management platform as secure repository.
- Define storage, metadata, watermarking, embargo and usage controls with region- and department-based access.
- Manage acquisition imagery, track embargoes and rollout plans; own Publicity Media Site for press assets.
- Drive integrations and scalable workflows across DAM, internal platforms and partners for growth.
Requirements
- Significant experience in photography, photo management or Digital Asset Management leadership in media/entertainment.
- Proven experience building photography/asset management functions and workflows from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of unit photography, talent approvals, publicity; hands-on with editing, curating imagery.
- Experience with photo editing, retouching, DAM systems, metadata, access controls and embargoes.
- Proactive self-starter able to own agenda in matrixed, multi-location organisation.
- Excellent senior-level stakeholder management across marketing, press, publicity and creative teams.
- Highly organised with experience in calendars, trackers and scalable approval workflows.
