Salary: £27,937–£35,000 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Manage and grow a specialist interim HR recruitment desk.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients across the Bristol and wider South West market.
• Source and engage high-calibre HR professionals, including HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Employee Relations Specialists, and Learning & Development professionals.
• Deliver consultative interim recruitment solutions across public and private sector HR markets.
• Drive business development activity and expand market share.
• Develop a successful specialist desk through strong commercial awareness and relationship management.

• Commercial awareness and a relationship-driven approach.
• Ability to build client partnerships and professional networks.
• Ability to source and engage HR professionals across multiple specialisms.
• Interest in developing expertise in either the public sector or private sector HR market.
• Availability to work in the Bristol region under a hybrid working policy.
