Recruitment Consultant – Senior Finance (Education Temps)

Salary: £27,937–£40,638 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Source, interview, and match candidates with senior finance temporary roles.
• Develop a regional recruitment desk covering further education, higher education, and Multi-Academy Trusts.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach, business development calls, visits, networking, and events.
• Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment process, from taking briefs to negotiating offers.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the education finance market and identify commercial opportunities.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to desk growth and profitability.
