Recruitment Consultant

Location: Reading, UK; hybrid working with an office presence

Salary: £27,937 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop and nurture relationships with large and small organisations.
• Build partnerships with clients, candidates, recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other stakeholders.
• Source candidates and conduct thorough interviews using a CRM database and recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment process from shortlisting and offers through candidate onboarding.
• Recruit experienced candidates across the Technology, HR, and Procurement sectors.

Requirements

• Sales-driven approach and interest in recruitment consulting.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work from the Reading office as part of a hybrid arrangement.
