What you will do

• Build and grow a specialist recruitment desk focused on Data & AI.
• Develop a personal market presence and specialist brand.
• Identify and create Data & AI opportunities across existing customer accounts.
• Use established client relationships and Matchtech's customer base to develop business.
• Recruit across both contract and permanent markets.
• Engage with senior business leaders and support clients with specialist talent needs.

Requirements

• Senior-level recruitment consulting experience.
• Ambition to establish and grow a specialist market presence.
• Interest in Data & AI recruitment and technology-driven markets.
• Commercial focus and confidence in developing client relationships.
• Ability to work from the Whiteley, Fareham office location.
