What you will do

• Lead development and integration of advanced sUAS and C-UAS systems across multiple programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical oversight, design reviews, and guidance.
• Develop and oversee Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs).
• Serve as technical lead for RDT&E activities, including system-level integration test plans and field demonstrations.
• Drive rapid prototyping using additive manufacturing (3D printing) and CAD tools like SolidWorks.
• Coordinate the transition of validated capabilities into production-ready baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UAS, C-UAS, or integration engineering within defense or aerospace sectors.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and SolidWorks.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical programs.
• Willingness to travel (25%) and operate in field/test environments.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in contested or GPS-denied environments.
• Background in autonomy, AI/ML, or swarm-enabled systems.
• Military or operational UAS experience.
• Experience supporting government experimentation events and test ranges.
