What you will do

• Define the hardware technical direction for research prototypes and product deliverables alongside early-stage leadership.
• Lead the full system integration process, moving from lab prototypes to customer and field deployments.
• Guide and mentor junior hardware engineers within the project.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software teams and project leadership to ensure seamless HW/SW integration.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a STEM field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Automation.
• Professional ehirify.globalperience in HW and SW system integration, specifically with robotics, automation, and machine learning (deep learning/computer vision).
• Proven track record of delivering a tangible product or service.
• Ability to operate effectively in unstructured, fast-paced environments with rapidly changing requirements.

Nice to have

• Ehirify.globalpertise in fusing heterogeneous sensor streams and industrial hardware deployment.
