What you will do

• Lead aircraft assembly execution for a production line, cell, or program.
• Own workmanship standards and ensure strict adherence to standard work.
• Coordinate build sequencing, task prioritization, and flow within the production cell.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering and quality teams on process improvements.
• Train, coach, and develop aircraft assembly personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with AS9100, FAA, and internal quality systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing.
• Demonstrated production leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of production risk, quality, and rate balance.
• Legal eligibility and authorization to work in the United States.
