What you will do

• Support category strategies and sourcing initiatives for Technology, Contract Labor, and Professional Services.
• Execute RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), conduct supplier evaluations, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract reviews, approvals, and tracking renewals.
• Perform spend analysis and create dashboards to communicate savings and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sourcing projects align with company priorities.
• Enhance the Source-to-Pay process using tools like Coupa and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with procurement technologies, particularly Coupa.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the US; employment sponsorship is not available
