Salary: $90,000 — $137,500 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for the Marketing category to deliver tangible business value.
• Manage the entire sourcing lifecycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and market assessments for supplier selection.
• Lead commercial term negotiations for project-level agreements (SOWs) and collaborate with Legal on MSAs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and track KPIs to measure value.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure performance and quality.
• Ensure adherence to SS&P policies and provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, specifically within Marketing (Creative, Brand, PR, Media, Events).
• Proven ability to lead contract and commercial term negotiations independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CPIM.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, specifically Coupa, Workday, or ScoutRFP.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting.
