Location: Must be based in either Bellevue, WA, or the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid: 2 days a week in office)

Salary: $90,000 — $137,500 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for Professional Services, Facilities, and HR categories.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and market assessments to lead supplier selection.
• Lead commercial term negotiations for project-level agreements (SOWs, Order Forms) and partner with Legal on MSAs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track KPIs to measure value and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key external suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to SS&P policies and provide data-driven insights to leadership on market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience within indirect/services categories.
• Proven ability to independently lead contract negotiations and manage RFP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CPIM.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, specifically Coupa or Workday/ScoutRFP.
• Advanced negotiation skills across various indirect service categories.
