What you will do

• Supervise pricing administrators to ensure efficient pricing processes and implementation of price changes.
• Analyze price change requests from sales teams by evaluating margin impact and potential incremental volume.
• Perform pricing analytics to determine contract compliance and identify market needs.
• Develop and document pricing processes, including work instructions and strategic guidelines for Sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Finance, Marketing, and Sales on new price quotes, customer bids, and cost models.
• Create analytical reports to support new business growth and report output quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in pricing or data analysis, including pricing strategy expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chelmsford, MA.
