TL;DR

Principal Pricing Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Leading pricing strategy and monetization for a health tech SaaS portfolio with an accent on usage-based pricing models and AI-enabled product monetization. Focus on designing scalable pricing frameworks, optimizing deal desk workflows, and translating complex data into executive-ready insights to drive ARR growth.

Location: Must be US-based. Candidates in EST or CST time zones strongly preferred; Washington DC or NYC-based candidates are ideal.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end pricing strategy for the health tech SaaS portfolio, including new product launches, renewals, and expansions.
  • Design and optimize usage-based pricing models, particularly for AI-enabled products.
  • Develop scalable pricing frameworks encompassing packaging, tiering, bundling, and add-on monetization.
  • Build pricing analytics capabilities and dashboards in Salesforce to evaluate deal performance and revenue leakage.
  • Establish discount governance guardrails and serve as a senior advisor on complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to champion commercial discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy or revenue operations within Healthcare/SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pricing strategy in a SaaS organization with $50M+ ARR.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and managing usage-based pricing models.
  • Extensive Salesforce expertise, including pricing logic and reporting.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of HCBS, Medicaid programs, or revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with pricing research methodologies like conjoint analysis or Van Westendorp.
