Salary: $98,000 - $107,000 per year

What you will do
- Investigate and resolve escalated billing errors, benefit calculations, and eligibility disputes.
- Perform root-cause analysis on systemic issues such as billing delays and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate corrective actions, including claim and accumulator adjustments, with internal and external partners.
- Act as the primary bridge between Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and external payers.
- Reconcile claims data and finance outputs across multiple platforms to ensure accurate member statements.
- Identify trends in escalations to propose and implement systemic process improvements.
Requirements
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
- 3+ years of experience in medical billing, health benefits, or escalation management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep understanding of claims lifecycle, benefits design, accumulations logic, and insurance adjudication.
- Proficiency with billing systems (EHRs), issue tracking tools (Zendesk, Jira), and data platforms (Google Sheets, Looker).
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and managing multi-stakeholder issues.
