What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align strategies with financial goals.
- Develop sales dashboards and reports for performance insights, pipeline health, revenue trends, and capital deployment.
- Partner with sales teams to resolve commission disputes and open POs; act as primary finance contact for agent sales agreements.
- Conduct financial analysis for process improvements, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations.
- Support sales tools, CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy; lead cross-functional projects on sales finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in sales operations, sales finance, or financial analysis in fast-paced sales environment (Orthopedics or MedTech preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis.
- Expertise with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, financial tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, collaboration; detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to influence senior leadership; familiarity with sales compensation and commission systems; strong business acumen.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Previous experience in Orthopedics or MedTech.
