What you will do

• Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks, navigating complex stakeholder availability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a high-touch, warm, and informative experience.
• Identify and suggest improvements to recruitment processes in collaboration with the recruiting team.
• Drive the creation and implementation of new candidate experience programs and recruitment initiatives.
• Support the company's scaling hiring needs by ensuring efficient movement of candidates through the pipeline.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume scheduling role, preferably within recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building rapport with candidates.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguous situations proactively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with providing and receiving feedback.
