What you will do

  • Drive the full hiring lifecycle for critical GTM campaigns, focusing primarily on sales and customer success roles.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies using Ashby, LinkedIn, and professional networks to build sustainable pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define interview plans, and determine effective assessment criteria.
  • Champion a first-class candidate experience through clear, timely communication and inclusive hiring processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to boost visibility and attractiveness in the competitive APAC market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high performance in hiring go-to-market (GTM) teams in Singapore.
  • Experience in a full-cycle in-house recruiting role within a fast-paced Fintech, Web3, or SaaS organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity as the sole People team member in the APAC region.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to finding creative solutions in tough hiring markets.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC tech sales landscape and an accompanying professional network.
  • Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

  • Experience as an AI builder, creating custom tools or workflows to optimize recruiting processes.
  • Deep proficiency and experience with the Ashby ATS.
  • Experience recruiting for high-impact roles in functions outside of sales.
