What You’ll Be Doing
— Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Mexico, Brazil, and the US market
— Source and engage top sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
— Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
— Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and feedback
— Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints
— Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones (US & LATAM)
— Maintain data integrity in ATS and track recruiting metrics

What We’re Looking For
— 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles
— Hands-on experience hiring in Mexico and Brazil; strong familiarity with local talent markets
— Experience hiring for US-based companies is strongly preferred
— Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
— Solid understanding of remote work culture and international collaboration
— Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment
