What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria for PCB/PCBA validation.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated solutions using LabVIEW and Python.
• Integrate test hardware such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and DAQs.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system-level failures down to the component level.
• Ensure full compliance with aerospace and quality standards including AS9100, IPC, and MIL-STD.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams to improve yields and transition products from prototype to production.

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in functional, environmental, and reliability test procedures.
• Ability to design and execute DV/VT (Design Verification/Validation) testing.
• Proficiency in utilizing automated test tools and integrating hardware for PCBA testing.
• Knowledge of AS9100, IPC, and MIL-STD quality standards.
• Must be able to work on-site in Melbourne, FL.
