What you will do
- Own US revenue targets including ARR growth, pipeline generation, and forecasting accuracy
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for the US region
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales team of Account Executives and leaders
- Implement sales processes, methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC), and tooling like Salesforce
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership for optimization and feedback
- Represent company with stakeholders and contribute to board reporting
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS sales with significant leadership experience
- Proven track record scaling US sales teams in high-growth environments ($10M → $50M+ ARR)
- Experience with complex enterprise SaaS deals (multi-stakeholder, long cycles)
- Strong background managing experienced Account Executives
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, data-driven forecasting, and stakeholder management
