TL;DR

Salary: $200k+ base salary per annum + commission plan

What you will do

  • Own US revenue targets including ARR growth, pipeline generation, and forecasting accuracy
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for the US region
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales team of Account Executives and leaders
  • Implement sales processes, methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC), and tooling like Salesforce
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership for optimization and feedback
  • Represent company with stakeholders and contribute to board reporting

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS sales with significant leadership experience
  • Proven track record scaling US sales teams in high-growth environments ($10M → $50M+ ARR)
  • Experience with complex enterprise SaaS deals (multi-stakeholder, long cycles)
  • Strong background managing experienced Account Executives
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, data-driven forecasting, and stakeholder management
