What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Define and track key performance metrics, create success plans, and conduct business reviews.
• Align solutions to customer goals, proactively address issues, and drive value realization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Product, Support, Sales, and TAMs for retention and expansion.
• Identify risks, optimize solutions, and report on customer success outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related role.
• Experience with financial services or regulated companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-directed, able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
