What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of financial sector accounts across EMEA, ensuring long-term adoption and satisfaction.
  • Develop tailored success plans and conduct regular business reviews with C-suite and quant analysts.
  • Analyze usage data and health scores to proactively prevent churn and protect annual recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on commodity flows and energy markets for financial trading strategies.
  • Advocate for client-driven platform enhancements by acting as a bridge to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS or financial data.
  • Proven track record of managing institutional financial clients (hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks) in EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of commodity markets, including oil, natural gas, LNG, power, and freight.
  • Experience achieving NRR, retention, and expansion targets in quota-bearing roles.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and deliver strategic presentations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and other CRM/CS platforms.
