What you will do

• Implement employee and labor relations policies to support business objectives.
• Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
• Lead and manage ER programs aligned with UK&I labour regulations.
• Handle escalated HR issues that cannot be resolved by HR Shared Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee and labor relations.
• In-depth knowledge of UK&I labor laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
