What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee relations across the UK, Germany, Poland, and Australia, ensuring adherence to company policy and employment law.
• Coach and guide people leaders on performance management, absence, redundancy, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
• Provide training and development to improve employee relations capability and foster a culture of accountability.
• Analyze trends and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for proactive HR solutions.
• Collaborate with Employment Legal and Global Inclusion teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Environmental Health and Safety to drive a culture of workplace safety.

Requirements

• Experience in an employee relations role supporting the UK and ideally other EMEA markets.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, specifically partnering with shift-based teams (production or retail).
• Ability to build strong partnerships and maintain credibility at all organizational levels.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to handle pressure with tact and poise.
