What you will do

  • Design and implement Key Account Plans for hospital accounts, building strategic partnerships with decision-makers.
  • Secure and maintain hospital product listings through collaboration with Market Access and Tenders teams.
  • Promote products via omnichannel strategies including face-to-face visits, remote detailing, and emails.
  • Analyze sales performance and sector data to optimize account plans and promotional activities.
  • Manage promotional budget, organize medical meetings, and represent at congresses.
  • Ensure full compliance with ethics, regulations, pharmacovigilance, and CRM documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and/or hospital pharmaceutical sales, specifically within Marseille
  • Strong understanding of hospital ecosystems, market access, and product listing processes
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, and SFE teams
  • Analytical skills to translate data into strategies, plus communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Autonomy, organization, budget management, and knowledge of compliance, ethics, pharmacovigilance
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, multichannel engagement, valid driving license, and willingness to travel extensively in PACA territory
