Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) - minimum 2 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end launch and onboarding process for the first French enterprise corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR Directors and works councils to align wellness goals with corporate benefits.
- Lead the commercial agenda, including contract renewals, renegotiations, and account expansions.
- Analyze local user data to create tailored communication and engagement strategies.
- Develop localized Client Success processes and materials as a founding member of the regional team.
- Provide regional insights to product and leadership teams to shape the go-to-market strategy for France.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Client Success, Key Account Management, or HR Consulting.
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in high-level pricing and contract negotiations.
- Ability to transform complex data reports into compelling ROI narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Paris (Hybrid).
