What you will do

  • Lead regional sales operations to meet or exceed territory sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute a detailed go-to-market model and order forecasting system for the French market.
  • Establish and implement European sales strategies to drive desired behaviors and revenue growth.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and conducting annual appraisals to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify key opinion leaders and coordinate field marketing activities, such as tradeshows and product launches.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of market trends, funding availability, and competitive technologies in Pharma and Biotech.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred); MBA is desirable.
  • Minimum 12 years of sales management experience, with at least 7 years in senior-level roles.
  • Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience within ISO, GMP, or biotechnology industry organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
