Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, France, and be open to regular travel to Paris.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients with over 3,000 employees, including CAC40 companies.
- Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Apply the "Smart & Soft" selling method to provide a highly personalized and instructive experience for prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to challenge and improve product offerings, sales methods, and growth strategies.
- Navigate complex decision-making processes involving HRDs, CFOs, CEOs, Legal, and Purchasing departments.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above).
- Advanced level of English.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, France.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion and consensus-building.
