TL;DR

Client Executive (Public Sector): Lead strategic sales activities across government, education, research, and public administration organizations in Poland with an accent on building relationships with senior stakeholders and compliance with public procurement frameworks. Focus on managing full sales cycles, orchestrating complex sales motions with partners, and shaping long-term data infrastructure strategies including cloud and hybrid solutions.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (remote worker with future expectation of hybrid once a week when office opens)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies for public sector organizations, building relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement bodies, and technical decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer engagements and onsite visits to understand mission needs and priorities.
  • Manage full sales cycle: pipeline creation, qualification, solution positioning, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation compliant with public procurement.
  • Orchestrate complex sales with Solution Engineers, specialists, and partners.
  • Identify new buying centers in ministries, agencies, and regional authorities to expand presence.
  • Collaborate with partners for co-selling and execute public sector opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native-level Polish and fluent English
  • Proven track record in public sector sales or indirect sales through partners; experience with Polish public procurement processes highly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills with government, education, or research institutions
  • Ability to articulate value-led solutions in data infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and hybrid architectures
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple high-complexity engagements
