• Drive design and development of reusable Platform Services/APIs, balancing immediate needs with future requirements.
• Seek opportunities to improve organizational efficiencies and developer productivity.

Requirements

• Organizational leadership: Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, foster accountability and innovation.
• Software architecture: Deep understanding of reusable platform services, shared APIs, and foundational frameworks.
• Software development: Expertise in scalable cloud-native distributed systems, APIs, and engineering best practices.
• Operational excellence: Detect issues early, manage risks, and drive corrective actions.
