What you will do

• Lead the Cloud Foundation team responsible for AWS infrastructure, networking, IaC, and Kubernetes foundations.
• Define and deliver the infrastructure roadmap, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Build tools and automation to improve system consistency, observability, and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with product engineering teams to enhance developer velocity and experience.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and autonomy.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in management.
• Deep technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), distributed systems, or developer platforms.
• Proven success leading automation, reliability, and cost-efficiency efforts at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.
• Passion for developer experience and productivity tools.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.
