What you will do

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and priorities for ATLAS in collaboration with CEO and engineering leadership.
• Run discovery with users and stakeholders to ground ATLAS in real mission needs and defend prioritization decisions.
• Own end-to-end UX including workflows, information architecture, and design standards.
• Shape technical architecture spanning frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and infrastructure, using AI-assisted tools.
• Embed AI-driven automation and agent workflows to streamline tasks and support decision-making.
• Engage stakeholders including space agencies, articulate capabilities, and build a small product team.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and delivering complex, mission-critical or enterprise software products.
• Strong full-stack systems understanding across UX, backend, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or AI-native development in real products.
• Strong UX instincts and experience defending design decisions.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a lean environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in space sector, aerospace, or safety-critical domains.
• Exposure to satellite operations, ground segment systems, or mission lifecycle tooling.
• Working with space agencies or institutional partners.
• Familiarity with multi-country or multi-entity organizations.
