What you will do

  • Translate product strategy into requirements, write user stories, maintain product plans, and oversee implementation via vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure commercial viability by exploring pricing with Commercial Team and collaborating on prioritization across product teams.
  • Lead product delivery, adoption with clients/stakeholders, and define changes to operating models.
  • Interact with clients/prospects, gather requirements from relationship and service delivery teams.
  • Act as SME for marketing materials, events, go-to-market strategy, and client attraction.
  • Mentor Product Analysts and build product knowledge across hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of product development experience in fund services with understanding of commercial propositions.
  • Experience delivering business/technology initiatives on individual products in agile environments.
  • Technical literacy, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Client-centric mindset, strong stakeholder influencing, data-informed decision-making.
  • Analytical/problem-solving skills, good verbal/written communication, collaboration skills.
