What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with the roadmap.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and challenge assumptions where necessary.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable IBP solutions.
• Support cross-functional integration across FP&A, Commercial, Supply Chain, S&OP, and Strategic Planning.
• Validate end-to-end workflows to ensure consistency, usability, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in enterprise software or planning solutions.
• Strong experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, or related domains.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Experience with planning platforms such as hirify.global, Anaplan, SAP IBP, or Oracle.
• Solid understanding of data models, workflows, and system design within planning solutions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
