What you will do

• Maintain Revenue Team external customer email and respond to queries while onboarding customers to hirify.global’s billing and ERP systems.
• Gather and format large data sets for customer billing reporting.
• Participate in month-end close: manage recurring billing, approvals, credits, and analyze revenue balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in developing financial controls and processes for revenue and invoicing.
• Support external and internal audits as requested.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
• Strong experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid experience with large volume transactions and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel user (pivots, VLOOKUPS for large data sets).
• Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related discipline or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Periodic weekend work required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Zuora, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
