What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate partner, reseller, distribution, OEM, SaaS subscription, and professional services agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to close deals and achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive strategic legal initiatives to improve time-to-contract without increasing material risk.
• Provide practical legal guidance to Partner, OEM, and Engineering teams to balance business goals and risk.
• Monitor and stay current with changing regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in-house.
• Expertise in partner, OEM, SaaS subscription, and software license agreements.
• Deep knowledge of anti-trust, anti-corruption, and data privacy laws.
• Membership in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive high-value projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with non-legal colleagues and external partners.
