What you will do

• Lead market and competitor research, opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, and client outreach to drive revenue opportunities.
• Manage account planning, stakeholder mapping, meeting materials, and proactive engagement monitoring.
• Coordinate service delivery, schedules, resources, KPIs, and stakeholder updates between teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain partnerships through research, briefs, and action trackers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, executive briefs, presentations, and event planning for leadership.
• Review commercial elements, pricing, revenue tracking, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Solid account management experience in defence, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
• Client-facing presence that builds and sustains trust.
• Commercial fluency and understanding of the business development cycle.
• Operational discipline in reporting, proposals, and presentations.
• Ability to work with discretion in complex, sensitive client environments.
