What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value client accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Identify client needs and provide customized Audit & Assurance solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, field visits, and drive account growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Expertise in strategic sales planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
